Delicious and Healthy Coffee Smoothies

Smoothie Base

Start with these ingredients:
1 cup cold coffee
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup of ice cubes
1/2 cup of milk
Then add your favorite flavor listed below
Combine all ingredients in blender and blend untill smooth and creamy

Mocha Coffee Smoothie
1 tbsp. cocoa powder
1/2 cup greek yoghurt
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup

Vanilla Coffee Smoothie
1 tsp of vanilla extract

Caramel Coffee Smoothie.
2 tbsp. Caramel syrup
Top with whipped cream or caramel drizzle.

Peanut Butter Coffee Smoothie
1 tbsp peanut butter.
Sweeten with honey if desired
1/2 cup Greek yogurt

Matcha Coffee Smoothie
1 tsp matcha powder.
May sweeten with honey or maple syrup

Blueberry Coffee Smoothie
1/2 cup frozen, antioxidant-rich blueberries
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
For more health benefits add protein powder or flaxseed

Festive Pumpkin Spice
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Top with whipped cream or cinnamon

Sweet and Indulgent Coffee Milkshakes

Vanilla Coffee Milkshake
2 cups vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup cold brewed coffee
1/4 cup milk

Combine all ingredients.
Blend until smooth and creamy
Serve with whipped cream on top and enjoy

For other flavors, just add . . .

Mocha Milkshake --
Add 1 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

Caramel Milkshake --
Add 2 Tbsp caramel sauce

Vanilla Latte Milkshake --
substitute 1 tsp instant coffee mix in place of cold brewed coffee.
 

Chocolate Espresso Milkshake --
Add 1 shot of espresso. Substitute chocolate ice cream in place of vanilla.

Hazelnut Mocha Milkshake --
Add 1 Tbsp of hazelnut syrup and
1 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder.

Iced Coffee Milkshake --
Add 1 Tbsp sweetened condenced milk.
Replace regular ice cubes with cold brewed ice cubes.

Coffee and Donuts Milkshake --
Add 1 chopped glazed donut in the blender.

Espresso Milkshake --
Use vanilla ice cream and add 2 shots of espresso to the blender along with the other ingredients.

Irish Coffee Milkshake --
Add 1 shot of Irish cream liqueur and
1 shot of espresso.

Coconut Mocha Milkshake --
2 Tbsp. sweetened shredded coconut
1 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder

Pumpkin Spice Latte Milkshake --
Replace cold brewed coffee with 1/4 cup canned pumpkin puree
Add 1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice.

Peanut Butter Coffee Milkshake --
2 Tbsp of creamy peanut butter 

Almond Joy Coffee Milkshake --
2 Tbsp of sweetened shredded coconut,
1 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder, and
1/2 teaspoon of almond extract

Warm and Wonderful Spiced Coffee

Cinnamon Coffee
1/4 cup ground coffee
1 tsp ground cinnamon
     (For Cardamom Coffee, replace cinnamon with equal amount of cardamom)
2 cups water

Mix everything together,
place in coffee filter and brew as usual using your favorite brewing method.
Pour into mug and enjoy.
Pairs well with a little bit of honey or sugar.


Gingerbread Latte:
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1 /2 cup strong brewed coffee (may substitute 1-2 shots espresso)
Whipped Cream (optional)

Whisk together milk, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and cloves in small saucepan.
Heat over medium until heated through.
Pour hot brewed coffee into mug.
Pour spiced milk mixture over coffee.
Top with whipped cream and enjoy!


Pumpkin Spice Latte:
1 cup milk
1/4 cup pumpkin puree
1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/2 cup strong brewed coffee (may substitute 1-2 shots espresso
Whipped cream (optional)

Whisk together milk, pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice until smooth.
In small saucepan, heat over medium until heated through.
Pour hot brewed coffee into mug.
Pour spiced milk mixture over coffee.
Top with whipped cream and enjoy!


Nutella Latte:
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup Nutella
1 cup strong brewed coffee
Whipped cream (optional)

Whisk together milk and Nutella until smooth.
In small saucepan heat over meadium until heated through.
Pour hot brewed coffee into mug.
Pour Nutella and milk mixture over brewed coffee.
Top with whipped cream and enjoy!

Easy Refreshing Iced Coffee Latte:

Cold coffee
Milk
Your favorite flavored syrup (optional)
Honey or sugar (optional)
Ice cubes

Combine cold coffee, milk, syrup and sweetener in glass
Stir well and add ice.
Enjoy!

Homemade Frappucino:

Cold coffee
Milk
Ice cubes
Sugar
Flavorings, such as cocoa powder, vanilla extract, or caramel syrup (optional)
Whipped cream (optional)

Make coffee as usual and allow to cool to room temperature.
In blender, combine cool coffee, milk, ice cubes, sugar, and flavorings.
Blend until smooth and frothy.
Pour into glass, and top with whipped cream and drizzle of additional flavoring, if desired.

Creamy and Indulgent Vietnamese Iced Coffee:

4 tablespoons of coarsely ground coffee
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 cup hot water
Ice cubes
Instructions:

Add ground coffee to filter or regular drip coffee maker.
Pour hot water into filter and allow coffee to drip through.
Pour into glass and stir in sweetened condensed milk until well combined.
Fill glass with ice cubes.
Stir and enjoy!

This strong sweet coffee is perfect over ice. Sweetened condensed milk gives Vietnamese Iced Coffee its characteristic rich sweetness.

Simple and Delicious Affogato:

Classic Affogato:
1-2 shots of espresso
Vanilla ice cream or gelato
Garnish with chocolate shavings or cocoa powder (optional)
Top with whipped cream (optional)

Place one or two scoops vanilla ice cream or gelato in a small serving dish.
Pour one or two shots of espresso directly over the ice cream.
Top with chocolate shavings or cocoa powder, and whipped cream, if desired.
Serve immediately and enjoy!

Salted Caramel Affogato:
Make Classic Affogato and replace chocolate garnish with drizzle of 2  Tbl. caramel sauce and pinch of sea salt.
